There are already 300 million people in Instagram including celebrities, companies and regular people. Mostly people in the age group of 18 to 29 years use the Instagram the most. According to another survey female users are more in Instagram than the male users. Everyday 95 million photos and videos are shared on Instagram.

In Instagram, when somebody enjoys other persons photo or video posted, then they can show it by double tapping the post or by clicking on heart symbol, there comes the likes. Instagram Likes is a quick way to show interest instead of writing a comment.

People sometimes become addicted to Instagram Likes and they crave for others feedback for every move of their life starting from appearance, getup etc. They badly need social recognition. Which sometimes affect their mental health and develop some diseases like depression, anxiety etc. This type of addiction is detrimental and people should feel free and not pressurised in expressing themselves.
